I don't have the cash or space to shop a boat, but there are lots of rentals around here. When I saw the "Fishin' Buddy" I was certainly pleased. This was specifically what I was seeking for.
I was afraid that such an inexpensive item would underperform. I was not disappointed! The screen shows superb detail, (on the 110) and when fish had been marked, lots of instances I got a bite!
I was afraid of going inexpensive on the 110. I appreciate it! After working with it twice this year so far, I could not imagine fishing without having it!
I have employed the 120 model on eight to 10 all day fishing trips so far and have been pretty happy with it. The setup and operation is uncomplicated enough for anyone to figure out, but also has adequate various settings and ranges to make it useful just about anyplace. The unit runs on 6 AA batteries and I get about three 10 hour days 1 one particular set. Carry an additional set with you due to the fact when they die you only get about 1 minutes notice.
